Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Doctorate in Chiropractic, Toronto, Ontario. Registration # 1559.

1980 - present:
Private Practice in Cochrane, Ontario (specializing in industrial and sports rehabilitation)

Additional Information and Interests

  • Active runner (over 70 marathons since 1976, 25 in Boston and the 6 day, 262 km Marathon des Sables in Morocco, North Africa in April 2001 and numerous Ironman Triathlons.

  • Enjoys all sports especially sailing, biking, canoeing and swimming.

  • Ergonomic consultant to local businesses and industries.

  • Instructor for the Hockey Development Center for Ontario/Hockey Trainer’s Certification Program.

  • Studied Acupuncture and Oriental medicine in Southeast Asia from Summer of 1995 to Fall of 1996 and also studied Plant-based health alternatives in South/Central America from August 2005- May 2006. Working for World Spine Care, toured Africa and the Middle East from August 2012 to July 2013.

  • DAC (Disability Assessment Centre) 1994-2002.

  • Serving 6th term as councillor for the Town of Cochrane from 2014-2018.

  • Was the chairman of the Tim Hortons Events Centre Fund Raising and Steering/ Construction Committees.

  • Assessor for the Independent Medical Examinations since May 2006 .
